Payments for shipments made by the 20th of the month are due, net, at School Apparel Inc. (SAI) on the 10th of the following month. Seasonal dating for back-to-school orders available for customers with good credit standing.

We recognize that some small shipments are necessary. On orders under $100, we require a $10 handling charge. Initial order for new customers is $500. Minimum order of $1,000 annually is required to keep your account active. Special orders are also available.
We offer a variety of styles, colors and sizes. If there is any style, color and/or size not in our catalog, we would be happy to produce it for you under the following guidelines:
Sweaters: 180 unit minimum, 3 per size on Youth S-XL and Adult S-XL (except wing sizes).
Pants, Knits & Wovens: 150 unit minimum, 3 per size on Youth S-XL and Adult S-XL (except wing sizes).
Skirts & Jumpers: Call your sales representative for a personalized program.
We stock most colors. Minimums may vary for non-stock colors.
Please call your Customer Service Representative for sample products. Samples are returnable within 30 days of original shipment. A 20% restocking fee applies.
If you find that any of our products have been shipped with a fabric or manufacturing defect, we will promptly replace it for you free of charge, with our apologies for your inconvenience. Before returning the shipment, please call your Customer Service Representative for authorization. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
All SAI sales are FOB origin. As our customer, you are responsible for paying the freight charges.
Should you find any problem with your shipment, please notify your Customer Service Representative immediately and we will correct it. Please be advised that we cannot process your claim unless you contact us within five business days of your receipt of the shipment. We cannot accept returns on any garments that have been decorated or altered.
At SAI, we ask that you be a full-line retailer of our products. There's a good reason for this. To maintain our high standards of quality from beginning to end, we want to develop and maintain relationships only with those suppliers who are committed to the school uniform market.
We are so sure of our quality that we offer our exclusive Wear-Tested Guarantee on everything we make. If any garment does not stand up to one year of normal wear, we'll replace it. It's that simple. This is our commitment to you.
